The GO Console is a web-based tool allowing GO Console users the ability to self-register and access dashboards, documentation, settings, reports, and invoices. This guide aims to help the GO Console users to complete registration and application for DerbySoft GO Service.

Instructions


Step 1 Create your account by accessing GO Console Website.

Simply go to https://console.go.derbysoftsec.com/ and click Sign up. If you already have an account for DerbySoft GO Service, you can log in directly.



Step 2 Fill out the sign-up information and click “Sign Up”.

Important:
Please note that we have the following requirements for passwords to ensure your security:
① The minimum password length is 8.
② The new password must contain at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special characters except for colon1.
③ The new password can not be the same as the last 5 previous ones.
④ The new password is valid for 90 days.
⑤ Maximum login attempts are 3, after that the account will be locked, to unlock it, please reset the password.


Then you will receive a notification email with a link to update your company information.


Step 3 Fill out the Company Profile.

Completed the company setting content page.



Tip:
You can also access the company and account settings at the top-right corner of the GO console page:
① Click the Your Name.
② Select the Edit Company.



Step 4 Complete Billing Profile.



Outcome


After you complete both the company profile and billing profile, then you can start to apply for the service based on your contract. You can refer to the next article Apply Service to submit your application.
